Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mediterranean Future

This extra virgin olive oil, obtained solely by mechanical processes, comes from two indigenous cultivars, Ottobratica and Cicirello.
Cold extracted and unfiltered, it has a green colour with golden highlights. The balanced aroma is the meeting of the bitter characteristic of the Cicirello olive and the sweet one of the Ottobratica.

Il progetto

How comes this extra virgin olive oil bring life into a community?

Because it was born from the desire of seven farms to work together to keep olive groves productive in impervious terrain at risk of abandonment. A community that shares honest work and protects one of the most characteristic and valuable landscapes in the Mediterranean.

Each of our product is a project. Extra virgin olive oil is a project of farmers who identify with the prosperity of their territories.

Our extra virgin olive oil stems from the desire of seven farms to work together to protect and keep productive centuries-old olive groves, an integral part of one of the most characteristic and valuable landscapes in the Mediterranean. Around the cultivation and production of extra virgin olive oil comes the idea of opening up to collaboration and mutual aid to revitalize an area in the process of being abandoned. A model attentive to biodiversity and community.
